ANDREW BERTOCCI | Customer Service Manager

Andy is currently focused on managing the Blackbird™ and its applications in the fire/police and emergency services market areas. andy writes our manuals, trains installers, and provides product support and training to our customers. Andy brings a wealth of practical hands-on experience to Raven's product development team. He has experience as a Firefighter/EMT, Maine Fire Service Training Instructor, and Chief Fire Officer. His years with electrical and mechanical installation work in boatyards lends itself to working in the automotive environment. He designed, built, brought on-line and managed a seaweed processing plant Brunswick, Maine. He was Founding President of the Maine Seaweed Council and been an independent consultant to the seaweed harvest industry worldwide.
